HOW DO THE UNLIMITED REQUESTS WORK?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like. We then work on and deliver them one by one.

HOW DO I SUMBIT REQUESTS?

We will set you up on our easy to use project management board in Trello. Its a shared space that allows you to easily create project requests from your end and have us access and manage them from our end. Trello allows you to upload any documents, pictures, files and other reference material you may want to provide with your request and also allows you to record video and screen share if you'd like to submit personal comments or directions that way.

HOW LONG DOES EACH REQUEST TAKE?

Our subscriptions allow a great flexibility in the types of requests submitted including everything from business card design to video and VR projects. Most graphic design requests can be delivered in 2 days on average. More complex projects can take longer depending on the scope and brief.

WHAT IF I DONT LIKE THE DESIGN?

Not a problem! We're here to deliver designs that are exactly to your vision. You can request unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied.

PAUSE POLICY

We understand that your design needs may not be consistent. Every subscription (regardless of the number of months) comes with the ability to use 1 pause. At any time, you may pause your subscription until your need for our services returns. (The remaining time to be used within one year of the original purchase).

REFUND POLICY

We are committed to producing deliverable you are 100% happy with and due to the high quality nature of the work, a refund option is not offered.
